Founded in Canada in 2020, Hidden Hills is an exclusive, aspirational watch brand built on a passion for luxury. Its founders are also shareholders in Kering and LVMH — the luxury groups behind Gucci, Saint Laurent, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and more than 70 iconic brands.

ARE ALL WATCHES PRODUCED IN LIMITED RUNS?

All Hidden Hills watches are produced in limited production runs and are serialized. To ensure exclusivity for watch owners, no more than a few thousand of any same watch is ever produced.

WHERE ARE HIDDEN HILLS WATCHES MADE?

All Hidden Hills watch movements are currently produced in Lausen, Switzerland by Ronda AG, a Swiss company founded in 1946. Ronda movements are also used in watches released by some of the worlds other top luxury brands, such as Gucci, Versace, Montblanc, BMW, Invicta & Baume et Mercier.

WHERE WILL MY WATCH BE SHIPPED FROM?

All Hidden Hills watch orders are shipped directly from the head office in Halifax, Canada to any address worldwide. Full details can be found on the Shipping & Returns page.

DOES HIDDEN HILLS USE AUTOMATIC OR QUARTZ MOVEMENTS?

While Hidden Hills has explored numerous designs featuring automatic mechanical movements, all watches are currently offered with a precision quartz movement for simplicity of design and use. Quartz is the worlds most popular movement of choice because it provides very precise, long lasting timekeeping with minimal maintenance.

HOW CAN I GUARANTEE A WATCH IS AUTHENTIC?

Authentic Hidden Hills watches are sold exclusively in the official store or through an authorized retailer. If a watch was purchased from a third-party, the box should include a serialized tag with a unique serial number which can be validated here.

ARE STRAPS ADJUSTABLE? ARE LINKS REMOVABLE?

Hidden Hills watches are fully adjustable to fit any wrist size. All watches include a link removal tool for self-adjustment. By default, a watch will be shipped with links to fit up to an 8.5" wrist diameter. If a watch does not fully fit, up to 4 additional links may be sent at no charge to ensure a proper fit.

ARE HIDDEN HILLS WATCHES COVERED BY A WARRANTY?

WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
