SHIPPING & TRACKING

All watch orders include $6.95 global shipping/courier directly from the Hidden Hills warehouse in Canada to any address worldwide. All additional watches on the same order ship for free. Most orders are processed within 48 hours, then an email or text message is sent providing the tracking number.

Once an order has been shipped, please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery within Canada and the United States. Please allow 6 to 12 business days for other international destinations. Times may be longer during peak seasons.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Shipping addresses can not be changed after an order is made. Hidden Hills is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. If an order is returned to Hidden Hills, it will be resent.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (OUTSIDE OF CANADA & USA)

All watches are shipped from the Hidden Hills head office in Canada. International customers outside of Canada or the USA are NOT charged sales tax (VAT) on Hidden Hills orders but may be responsible for duties, fees or taxes by local border services for received goods purchased online. Please refer to a local government website for more information regarding any customs or import duties that may be required.

MISSING OR LOST ORDERS

If an order has not been received and more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, please email support@hiddenhillswatch.com. International delivery is dependant on the timeliness of local postal services. A support ticket will be opened to investigate the location of a missing order.

CANCEL AN ORDER

We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated below.

RETURN A BROKEN WATCH

All Hidden Hills watches are backed by a 2-Year Global Warranty. Please visit the warranty page for further information.

STYLE EXCHANGES

If you have received your watch and would like to exchange it for another style, you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. The watch must be in new condition and unopened. All protective films must not have been altered or removed.

Please include a note inside confirming the new style you would like to be sent! Upon receiving your order back, we will happily resend your new style. You can send your package back to Hidden Hills Returns PO Box 35054 Halifax RPO Bedford, NS B3M 0G3. Packages sent to any other address will not be exchanged.

REQUEST A REFUND 

All watches are eligible for a refund if sent back to Hidden Hills within 7 days of receiving the order. Watches must be unworn, undamaged and in the original box with all contents. Upon receiving a watch return, Hidden Hills will issue a full refund, less a $60 USD restocking fee per watch to cover labour, packaging materials and shipping used to send the original order.
