All watch orders include global shipping/courier paid by Hidden Hills directly from our warehouse in Canada to any address worldwide. All additional watches on the same order are also covered. Most orders are processed within 48 hours, then an email or text message is sent providing the tracking number.Once an order has been shipped, please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery within Canada and the United States. Please allow 6 to 12 business days for other international destinations. Times may be longer during peak seasons.

Shipping addresses can not be changed after an order is made. Hidden Hills is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. If an order is returned to Hidden Hills, it will be resent.

All watches are shipped from the Hidden Hills head office in Canada. International customers outside of Canada or the USA are NOT charged sales tax (VAT) on Hidden Hills orders but may be responsible for duties, fees or taxes by local border services for received goods purchased online. Please refer to a local government website for more information regarding any customs or import duties that may be required.

If an order has not been received and more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, please email support@hiddenhillswatch.com. International delivery is dependant on the timeliness of local postal services. A support ticket will be opened to investigate the location of a missing order.

We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled.

Hidden Hills watches are produced in limited quantities. As with most high-end designer goods, all sales are final.We do not offer refunds. However, we allow one-time exchanges within 7 days of receiving your watch. The item must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging and protective films fully intact. Exchanges must be sent at your expense. Include a note inside confirming the new style you would like to receive.
